Does this mean your clients are dying to vote for you? Well done Rog It’s not down to our clients to vote, unfortunately (however as we are up against the big boys with loads of employees and we are just us two that might nor be a bad thing). It is however a fact of our business that when our clients pass on we have the potential of a second bit of the cherry. What we like is our clients calling in to show us pictures of their latest grandchildren, asking for opinion on their new hairdo and referring their friends and family to us.

Congratulations. Always lovely to be recognised in your own field. I’ve never really thought about how will writers may vary in how well they write wills. We have made out our will and I thought it was a pretty simple, standard kind of thing. Anyway, well done and good luck on the 18th.

Always lovely to be recognised in your own field. But much worse to be recognised in someone else's field. Especially if it contains a lot of sheep.

We have made out our will and I thought it was a pretty simple, standard kind of thing. Anyway, well done and good luck on the 18th. It can be straightforward but second, third, forth marriages, lots of step, half siblings, worries about inheritances at risk to long-term care fees, inheritance tax planning etc these issues sort the men from the boys or the women from the girls.

Yes fair points. Guess we are lucky in that we are married, just the once, to each other . Two children. Regards inheritance tax we retired early and if we live for another Fifteen years the kids won’t need to worry about inheritance tax. Long term care issues is a difficult one I believe. I think we have done as much as possible to protect our children’s inheritance from this. I imagine you see some rather more complicated affairs.
