Postie attempted to deliver a package at the beginning of the week, Mrs Gazza has kindly been and collected it. Contained within was this little beauty. Thanks @someboater a pleasant surprise it was too 🚢🍻👍 It appears to be a powerful little bit of kit, a good bit of effort needed to pull it off a baking tray Definitely a useful addition to the boat, and a pleasing to the eye and hand one at that - perhaps @newboater should consider a magnet for his growing wish list

Ah ha ... that's what it is. I've just bought 5m of adhesive magnetic tape off ebay. The flaps on my cratch cover (ooh er missus) blow in when the winds strong, and if it's raining as well, with obvious consequences. I've considered for some time, putting penny washers in the hems to weight the flaps down, but then refined the idea to using magnets. I then saw one of these magnetic kitchen knife racks, and thought strips of self adhesive magnetic tape may do the job. I'll let you know when I'm back onboard in January Rog
