I think it's well worth 15 minutes of your time to watch this video, which sums the Brexit 'mess' up in a nutshell:

Well, a good few of the pundits on the radio are talking about a second vote. We'll see what santa brings eh? That's big news! In the dim and distant past some were calling for a second referendum or a re run of the referendum, but those voices were soon hushed when it became clear that this would be a clear breach of democracy. Instead the 'people's vote' was trotted out by politicians and pressure groups, and quickly adopted by the more gullible amongst the public. Obviously a 'people's vote' isn't anti democratic whereas a second referendum is, innit. I guess someone must has sat down and had a good think, realised that the above is just a cheap attempt at a con trick that isn't going to fool many people really. It's a bit like going back to the 70's when the double glazing salesmen stinking of fags tries to justify the high prices of his shoddy products "Madam, please don't think about the windows costing £6,000, it's only 2 packets of Park Drive a day, you can afford that, surely?" I guess some dodgy government funded 'think tank' must have realised 'people's vote' was a con trick too far and instead, we should simply have a second vote. Long live democracy!

In my view, this (At Thursday's summit, Mrs May will have an opportunity to spell out face-to-face the problems to leaders of all the other 27 member states.
The EU leaders will then consider what could be done - without Mrs May in the room.) epitomizes the arrogance and pathetic ignorance of the eu. The EU is nothing but a crooked, power hungry bunch of freaks.

Completely agree with you Steve, maybe if she went in and said the deal aint going to work, so we are leaving on the 29th and you aint going to get a penny from us! their ears might prick up and take notice! Drop a bit of paper on the desk outlining what deal she wants then goes off and have a few Gins whilst chaos calms down, it might all go better for her, I mean what does she have to lose at this point?

Well, a good few of the pundits on the radio are talking about a second vote. We'll see what santa brings eh? What makes you think that the working class would be more receptive to the idea of ever-decreasing living standards in 2019 than they were in 2016?

Got to admit its a clever bit of manoeuvering by May to get her own supporters to trigger the no confidence vote so its out of the way and she's still on charge. "Put it to bed" so speak.

Why would she drop a piece of paper outlining such a thing, when things are going great just now? Let's not forget, neither May, nor the vast majority of her cronies in government want Brexit at all, regardless of what they might say. All they need to do is carry on as they are in this battle of attrition knowing full well that that the end result will either be remain, or something very close to it. The government knows this, the EU knows this, it's only the people that are being hoodwinked.

I've not heard of David Icke before, but I watched the video he made and it all seems kosher. Oh dear, I hope that isn't 'cultural appropriation' using that word!
"EU leaders heaped praise on Theresa May today as they scrambled to shore her up in the wake of her narrow escape in a Tory no-confidence vote." All those Conservatives who voted against her will be shortly seeing their names on the P45 list. Oh dear.

David Icke is a well meaning bloke (unlike most of those who put him down)...take that which ever way we want. All I’ll say is that none of us get everything 100% right. He’s factual research is amazing so long as you take some things with a pinch of salt. Look at body language next time you see Trump and Putin. Putin looks vulnerable and takes everything in. Trump looks invincible but seems to take nothing in. Which do you prefer?

I've always thought to myself that Donald Trump is a complete thickie, just says what others have told him to regurgitate. He looks like a Downs Syndrome case, so that raises my suspicions for starters - something is not quite right. Putin is shrewd and has been running Russia pretty well ever since he got in - who knows what he wants? It looks like 'the best for Russia'. But if Putin were really bright, he'd have retired years ago and got himself a narrowboat, a tent and a bicycle and enjoyed life. All of these people who are power hungry are really, at the end of the day, quite boring.
