Interesting they mention origami. Apparently they had a lot of financial problems at the Origami company and eventually had to fold.
Quite interesting also that they are specifically marketing the product to very old people and those with terminal illnesses.

Interesting canoes but I'm sure someone else has done a folding one. Maybe not to pack down so small. Would be a handy vessel for a car without needing a roof rack. I wonder what it feels like though it might be a bit floppy.

I've seen folding canoes before, but as you say not that pack so small. I think the rope keeps the tension.
