For those that know the area I would be interested to know what vandals did to allow the canal to overflow. I am assuming that paddles were opened up at the lock and the water came over the bank rather than over the next lock. The Fire Service want CRT to 'take some action to stop the mechanism being broken into'. What could CRT do? All keys in use are freely available on ebay.
