seems there are photogophers here. I've started taking it seriously and I'm on the look out for a decent camera. for now I have nearly learned how to use the camera on my Samsung s9. I've stopped using auto and I am changing settings on pro mode. I took this photo recently and I'll put it up here for serious critique. it is a natural as is photo I've used no filters nor have I edited it post picture. I think I need to drop I slightly to lose some of the foreground I took it by painting the tunnel with my torch as flashes are rubbish.

I took it by painting the tunnel with my torch as flashes are rubbish. You should point the torch at your head and bounce the light off of that for softened yet more rounded illumination.

I know the first rule of Urbex is donβt let on your finds to the great unwashed, but it would be rude to ignore your shot and the story behind it π

bfg isn't bald. Where has this idea come from? Painting by flash is clever. One evening in a restaurant in Greenwich Village we noticed people taking photos of New York from the top of the Empire State Building - with their flashes on. Gawd!

bfg isn't bald. Where has this idea come from? Yes he is. He's a chrome-dome. A Kojak. A Slaphead. Not that this means he isn't a nice person though, and he's a Thunderboater I really do hope to meet up with this year. Along with JohnV, who looks like Harold Shipman. You have to say it how it is.

Thats very interesting that bunker with the film screen sorta reminds me of somewhere I visited as part of my 'other life'. That was a military establishment.'

The sign says you 'may' be prosecuted, but that can mean 'maybe not'. I'd prosecute you.

I worked underground beneath Portsdown Hill at the Fort Southwick RN Communications Centre back in the 1970s. There were map rooms and stuff still there from Operation Overlord.
