Old news John - it's already been mentioned in Private Eye years ago that any too inquisitive journalists who attempt to investigate the EU's finances generally find themselves 'committing suicide' having been thrown off high buildings.

EU politicians are as difficult to remove from their free money as limpets or barnacles. The EU is a Mafia - or run by the Italian Mafia - who can say?
