Yes - all the current crop of 'politicians' should be in Court with Boris, for they are all liars. Name one that isn't. Any leader who claims god told them to perform a particular action, and then went ahead with that action should not be leader. It's bullshit. Whatever your belief is, if you belief in a god that is fine, but no one in power should be invoking supernatural beliefs to make decisions. Utterly ridiculous. No one fucking told them to send anyone anywhere. They are literally making shit up. if politicians are going to resort to this kind of crap after they have been elected to a position of power or influence, then they should be obliged to clearly state their religious beliefs during any election campaign. I for one would never vote for an otherwise intelligent and apparently successful person who put his/her trust in sky faeries, or even admitted to believing in them.

anyone who accuses fuxxy of being a troll is misjudging a respected member of this forum - he is not - what he is is a trawler ...... probably a bottom trawler using what the industry calls a beam trawl - it picks up everything from the bottom - including a load of stuff that just gets thrown overboard as soon as it comes to light. I offer you the gems I have found, nothing more, nothing less. Be grateful. I suggest that you should get out more.

"What is misconduct in public office?
Someone is guilty of the offence if a prosecution can prove that the official wilfully neglected to perform their duty - or "misconducts" themselves - to such a degree that it amounts to an abuse of the public's trust in the office holder The offence can lead to life imprisonment"
So we'll be seeing Theresa May in the slammer soon, I expect. Eh?

Theresa May in the slammer??
I'd like to see all of them (630?) locked up in one large warehouse until they reach majority agreement on a common approach, one of: 1. no deal 2. the Deal 3. 2nd referendum.
the concept of political loyalties to be dumped until the matter is resolved

I suspect a decision would be reached within 24 hours.

If we're now prosecuting politicians for telling a lie, won't the courts get a bit full With a dictatorship (where the EU is heading) you will get shot for suggesting any nudging back. Oh come on, you know very well that that isn't remotely true.

With a dictatorship (where the EU is heading) you will get shot for suggesting any nudging back. Oh come on, you know very well that that isn't remotely true. People who have attempted to expose the EU's financial matters have already been slung off tall buildings. "Marinova introduced two journalists who were investigating alleged corruption involving EU funds." www.euronews.com/2018/10/08/six-journalists-killed-in-europe-since-the-start-of-2017" “GPGate” is the name given to the large-scale misuse of European Union funds by Russian oligarchs connected to the Bulgarian mafia, a scandal that is suspected to involve, among others, the Russian and Bulgarian branches of the Lukoil consulting company. In its investigative report, Bivol accuses the directors of the GP Group of spending money allocated to programmes like the European Regional Development Fund for their personal purposes. According to Bivol, they have bribed multiple actors in the chain, from ministers to statutory auditors and experts, with a sum exceeding 50% of the turnover of the enterprise." www.thenewfederalist.eu/murder-of-viktoria-marinova-freedom-of-the-press-threatened-in-europe

This isn't Junker instigating actions against journalists who are investigating corruption.
It's right there in your quote: large-scale misuse of European Union funds by Russian oligarchs connected to the Bulgarian mafia.

"Today, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) has ruled that the European Parliament is not required to provide access to documents on how MEPs spend their various allowances, which was requested by a consortium of investigative journalists from the MEPs Project. Transparency International EU believes that this ruling sets a dangerous precedent and that it is simply indefensible that the European Parliament continues to block transparency on how public money is being spent by elected MEPs." Why the secrecy? transparency.eu/ecj-rules-against-mep-expenses-transparency/

Oh come on, you know very well that that isn't remotely true. Send Bassplayer to court! How can it be true? It hasn’t happened yet! It’s my view and anyone is free to offer counter views....well until we end up with a dictatorship!. Boris is accused of lying about something which has already happened. Are you remainers seriously telling me no remain politicians lied in their campaign? I also have the view that if we ever do get a Brexit, there will be lots of court cases directed at remainer lies. I’d like to see the BBC investigated for alleged bias for starters.
