I used to be called Haydock Park in my school days, simply because the first 3 letters of Haydock are the same as the first 3 letters of my surname. Not very imaginative really. I did get called Mr Happy at work. It took me about 5 years to work out they were being ironic...

Monkeyman - due to to smile and overly long arms and large feet.
Lanky/Olive/Lurch - I grew tall and thin in my teenage years.
Donkey - due to a rather large appendage (well that is my excuse!). I still occasionally meet people who only know me as Donkey and feel they need to apologise for not knowing my real name.

I've had many.
Boldly, even before i lost my hair.
Bullet, shape of my head.
Trev/trevor, because of my uncanny resemblance to a fictional character on the game Grand Theft Auto V.
A few more I shouldn't repeat.

I used to be known as "Horse" at school because of getting changed before swimming lessons. Because you have a tail?

There was another Jim Riley in my class at secondary school, so I was referred to by my initials, JC. Didn't have any choice in the matter!

Since 2009 my nick name has been dogless.
No prizes will be awarded for guessing why.
