Of this knob.
Text number 1: "Lender solicitor and my solicitor both ready but delay from your solicitor side"
I replied stating this is not my understanding, having spoken to my solicitor. Funds are not in place because his lender has queries over the purchase. He replied:
Text number 2: "We are not getting mortgage on this. We buying this on cash."
So in text number 1 he refers to the solicitor of his lender. In text number 2 there is no lender.
Absolute, total knob.

Business loan not secured on the property?
You have already admitted your solicitor is crap - start chasing him/her big time!

That's the solicitor for my purchase. This one, dealing with the sales, is spot on.

Abdul!
Is 'Full-of-shit-lying-twat' an ethnicity?
More multiculturalist mumbo-jumbo.

I've already rung my solicitor, there are no funds at the moment. I wouldn't mind if he was just honest with me. Having lived in Asia I should be used to perpetual lies but this is Britain, not Pakistan and anyway, these lies serve no purpose other than to antagonise me.

You can take the Pakistani out of Pakistan, but you can't take Pakistan out of the Pakistani. Don't ask him why he's lying - he might throw acid in your face.

It's a simple cultural thing, the truth is more flexible in Pakistan, i.e. whatever suits, you shouldn't be offended as you know the score.

It sounds a bit like a scam in order to get the property for less than the original agreed price.

It sounds a bit like a scam in order to get the property for less than the original agreed price. Maybe, but it won't work. If an attempt is made to reduce the price by a single Rupee, I'll walk. I might just walk anyway if this goes on for much longer, to hell with the consequences.

If I had said: You can take a Scotsman out of Scotland, but you can't take Scotland out of the Scotsman.. ...you wouldn't have batted an eyelid. Racism is where you seek it. 'Asians' have a reputation for lying - the Chinese and Japanese often say Yes when they mean No. Something to do with 'saving face'. I sensed trouble with Ricco's Abdul offering cash-in-hand for the sale of a house. Guess what, twat!

The guy could have only been schooled in Welsh but as far as I know, that hasn't happened for a century or more. 'We are buying on cash' is the pertinent clue.

I went to a Welsh school in the late 70s where they still taught Welsh language. My older sister actually learned some Welsh.
It was Llanychllwydog School. I can pronounce the name...
