"21,800 tests on lorry drivers at Dover so far. 66 positive. May or may not be the new variant. And presumably given the incubation period some presumably had arrived with the virus. France continues to insist on this testing. I wonder why. Crazy." "All wagon drivers and car drivers/passengers and flight passengers should be tested on entering the UK in my view." This kind of backs up the recent UCL study where they found 86% of people infected don't show symptoms. I presume most of those 66 drivers felt well enough to drive? www.ucl.ac.uk/news/2020/oct/symptoms-covid-19-are-poor-marker-infection

So, we're all still here, are we? Now... what is this? "England recorded 32,725 coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours" Just who is doing all this testing on Christmas Day & Boxing Day? What does 'case' even mean? And how many of these are 'false positives'? Actually the gov Covid web site didn't show any data over that period so I'm not sure where that came from. When I looked on Boxing day it still had the data for the 24th.

Yet the UCL study above say 86% (6 out of 7) don't show symptoms. I just hope SAGE and Boris are up to date?
