The point was, this is wrong yes as nobody wants shit in the water we play in, but with the world increasing in numbers how do we deal with all the waste we create?
Be interested to understand why they have to do this, is it simply because they have no capacity to fully treat, or are they just cutting corners to save money?
If they don't have capacity then why not increase the capacity, raise the water bills and solve it, because then the little fatty on the council estate with six kids will scream blue murder on some facebook group about how her water bill has increased and she cant afford any chips for the scrotes, maybe she will appear in some crappy story on the Sun website, picture of her with six snotty kids looking sad..

I think the issue is that there is quite a lot of mixing of foul water drains, with run-off water drains. If the drainage systems were kept separate then there wouldn’t be a crisis with sewage treatment plants getting over-run with water every time it rains a lot. |
