Fair enough, with a detailed "How to deal with shit in a box" info. Should get a discount for not using the facilities though. Ten p a turd. The data collector can count them.

Should composters pay more for their licence?
Crt would need to install an extra bin at every service block on the network, this bin would need to be handled differently so would of course incur an extra cost somewhere.
Why should us pumpers and cassette carriers foot this extra cost?

Why should us pumpers and cassette carriers foot this extra cost? The issue here is the fact that crt initially promoted composting loos, probably thinking along the lines of a reduced need for the cost of running elsans. (Stupid and thoughtless). For some time they were telling people to double bag solids, and put them in the bins. They did no research, or even used common sense when promoting. Cosequently, and understandably, the waste companies went ape, refusing to pick the waste up. Now crt are backpedaling like fuck and have reversed into a brick wall. Some have invested heavily in 8 or 900 quid units, and crt have mislead them. This issue is going to get bigger, and crt are going to need to grow a pair.
