And how many "scam" scans have you had/are you lined up for? Where did that ambulance magically appear from when you phoned in your wot3words? Who delivered your "units".... and has cared for them all this time ....? I don't think I was actually moaning about the NHS here. More that I was pointing out the faults, going forwards. Being rich beyond the dreams of everest I could have done all of this privately but I didn't. Which sort of proves the point ? ETA I can see you are going to be very annoyed when I mention I now have a central London residential mooring paid for by the local authority housing benefit, in addition to the rather nice council flat and the free school meals ! And the free schooling in high quality education for the units. Must get another ambulance ! Whatever floats your boat x

Even the number of cases is wide open to testing and statistical variations. Just saying don't compare unless you look into why there might be such large differences. sorry cases are not open to testing and statistical variations ...... cases are confirmed or hospitalised patients both in the UK and Germany
You are confusing the terms "Infections" and "cases" Infection numbers are derived from community testing, antibody testing and statistical analysis
A bit of lemon juice on your tongue before swabbing gives a positive result for covid. (Information provided by tik tok how to bunk off school).

The woman returned from France and it turned out she had to spend about £150 on tests for the 3 of them.
Little branded box with a plastic tube and a stick to spit onto.
Gods teeth !
I've never done any of these tests myself as it all seems a bit silly but apparently one does have to do them for traveling abroad.
ETA presumably this whole testing regime is based on the idea that people would think that despite being perfectly well they -might- be about to be struck down by a killer disease which is terribly awful.
I suppose once people work it out then things will change by force of numbers.

And you don't think all those things change country by country? Whilst the testing science is pretty much the same, who gets tested and what constitutes a proven infection can. you're missing it ..... the figures used in my comparisons were cases, actual tested definite cases of covid. the accuracy of those figures will be very simillar in Germany and UK.
number of infections which are estimated in countries may vary due to different levels of community testing and possible differences in the statistical analysis.
The number of recorded cases will only be variable when there is no proper medical services or testing facilities ..... and that does not apply to the three countries I have mentioned

Of course, we all know that 'case' is meaningless, but it makes people think that there's an infection/contagion sweeping the country - and that's the whole idea. People will never admit they've been conned - they'll just say that if it wasn't for 'the vaccines' it could have been so much worse. Just a face-saving exercise. But there you are.

Just feel a bad cold, I don't think I'm going to end up fighting for breath in an ICU, as was more probable with previous variants. Just been for a PCR test.

High fever for the last few days, chesty cough and weak as a kitten. Yesterday I had a positive lateral flow test. I've had 3 jabs to protect me from the worst effects. Today I'm feeling much better.
Thank god I had the jabs - I could have been in ICU by now had I not done so.
Foxxy - To quote a Frenchman who had limited English but was my best boss ever -
"This is fuck off."
Foxxy - you are nowt but a thick stupid twat - oh sorry ladies, I'll should that back because twats are useful things.

Sorry to hear your not feeling well. You might not have ended up in icu without the jabs, omicron being a weaker variant.

"Thank god I had the jabs - I could have been in ICU by now had I not done so."
Thank goodness I keep that stone in my pocket to ward the tigers off. Of course it works - do you see any tigers round here?!
"Thank god I had the jabs - I could have been in ICU by now had I not done so." - This is simply blind faith in the Government propaganda. There is no way you know you'd have been worse. Just a story spread by the gullible.
