Dry January for me and a little effort towards shedding a few pounds. But I've never found a bad beer ... just some is much, much better than others. Have a pint for me Rog

Which reminds me I will need to achieve a beer acquisition protocol solution at some stage.
Fingers crossed for an open shop.

Have a pint for me Rog Thought about dry January but I now only drink 1/2 times a week and tbh its the only semi social thing I do. Got on the scales.. weights the same as it was before Christmas .. so thats ok.. as long as I'm not under 50kg or above 52kg I just carry on...

I'm on Old Speckled Hen these days, more often that wine. It's 5%, 4 for a fiver, that's about as good as it gets under Drakeford's mollycoddling regime.

Bought some 'Shropshire Lad' bottles of bitter for £1 each as they'd just gone out of date.P says they're a decent drink.

I assumed that Sainsbury was closed in Marlow so went to the "slimy Indian" shop and got Grumpy Jack cider. The real deal.
Seems to be working ok.
Obviously I have to bin the abv input quite soon when the time comes but for now I am all in..

Have a pint for me Rog We are going to have a go at it too - stock of beer in the house is off to the boat tomorrow; we won’t be staying on board until the back end of February. I’ve really cut back since my treadmill do before Christmas, not too difficult with the lack of visitors to lead me astray!
