I last spoke to him the other day and I think he and his family will be moving shortly. He is a nice guy who I met in Goa a bunch of us became friends and had a Goa whats app group which is still going 8 years later, I dod wonder where he will end up?

Seeing how he holds a meeting from the end of that ridiculously long table, his main complaint is BO.

I think he has quite an advanced sense of humour.

The problem with Russian dolls is that they are so ‘full of themselves’ 🙄

What about those that they fund? Don't you think that is hypocrisy Jim, given that the Labour Party are far more ardent supporters of the eu than the Conservatives? You do realise that the eu annexing the Baltic States and now looking to do the same in Ukraine is what this is all about, right?

You grab at every little straw in order to demonise the very people you scrounge from, whilst also happily carrying and promoting the boris sperm. Little wonder you always have a runny nose. Spit lad, stop swallowing.

The stories you make up, it's a wonder Vlad hasn't recruited you for his propaganda team. "Labour is accused of 'rank hypocrisy' for calling on the Tories to return £2million in Russian-linked donations but refusing to do the same Sir Keir Starmer's party was challenged to say why it was not returning part of more than £1million received from a hedge fund tycoon who had business connections with Russia. Labour is facing its own questions over a series of donations made since 2012 by financier Martin Taylor – including £95,000 to Sir Keir Starmer's leadership campaign in 2020. Mr Taylor, who started donating to Labour under Ed Miliband's leadership, helped run the Nevsky Fund, which had major investments in Russia. The fund, which operated until 2015, reportedly held stocks in Russia's energy corporation Gazprom, oil producer Lukoil and state-owned bank Sberbank. Labour declined to say yesterday whether it would return any of Mr Taylor's money." www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10556113/Labour-accused-hypocrisy-calling-Tories-return-2m-Russian-linked-donations.html

To make an entirely factual statement, with no personal opinion included and to receive the response " it's a wonder Vlad hasn't recruited you for his propaganda team" just shows total disdain and contempt for the people who are dying in this conflict.

if anyone is seriously interested in the current situation and the background to it then I suggest "Putin's People" by Catherine BMickey published in 2020 should be compulsory reading.
A few interesting points: - the politician who was most vocal in publicly identifying Putin's agenda and predicting what the future might bring (and has done) as far back as 2015 was none other than Sleepy Joe when he was VP. - Russian black cash has been and is being used to corrupt and divide Western institutions including for example several £millions in funding of the Brexit campaign from a UK businessman who previously had very few assets but who somehow dug deep and found some cash in his offshore account that was later traced to Russian laundered money. - During the 1990's Trump set up an 18-storey casino complex in Atlantic City as a speculative investment and was saved from bankruptcy to the tune of $900million by a group of oligarchs who subsequently funded several Trump Towers around the USA. You have to wonder if his election campaign was orchestrated from Moscow, hoping to get a patsy elected to the position of leader of the free world and Putin's main opponent.
Putin's avowed intention is for divide and corrupt the Western way of life, business and politics, and to thereby create a new Soviet Empire larger even than during the Cold War. He is achieving that bit by bit. Belarus, Syria, Ukraine ......... and so it goes on. No doubt the Baltic States , Georgia and Azerbaijan will follow.
