Tho' much is taken, much abides; and tho' We are not now that strength which in old days Moved earth and heaven, that which we are, we are; One equal temper of heroic hearts, Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield. Yes, . . Alice is ignoring what I'm saying, . . despite having read the post at least twice. Obviously prefers forming an opinion on the basis of a one-off meeting, a look round a boat, and the garbage posted on here, . . rather than to listen to someone who's seen at first hand what a despicable little shit Kris actually is. I've a rather insightful anecdote concerning despicable little shit Kris's morals, . . and the low standards of decency he strives to live down to. It's about how he was quite prepared to selfishly play dog-in-a-manger with the mooring he'd been renting from me, . . by lying about still needing it, and giving the impression that he would be keeping it for another year, when reminded that his yearly renewal was overdue for payment. In playing this thoughtless selfish game, he was in fact putting an elderly, convalescing liveaboard CC'er, . . who really was in dire need of a mooring because he was being hounded by C&RT Enforcement into getting a 'home' mooring, . . into a position where the chances were he would be evicted from his boat/home and have it seized by Clarke, Garner, Barry, and Aymes, . . jointly T/a Criminal Boat Services. As Alice so aptly puts it, . . . " . . a really nice bloke."

More reimagining of the past from Tony. I think the rather insightful anecdote concerning despicable little shit Kris's morals, . . and the low standards of decency he strives to live down to, . . should be explained a little more fully. Before doing so, however, I'll give him an opportunity to see what he can come up with to try and excuse his appalling behaviour. Why was he prepared to selfishly play dog-in-a-manger with the mooring he'd been renting from me, . . by lying about still needing it, and giving the impression that he would be keeping it for another year, . . but ONLY when he was reminded that his yearly renewal was overdue for payment ? Does he think it acceptable to put an elderly, convalescing liveaboard CC'er, . . who really was in dire need of a mooring because he was being hounded by C&RT Enforcement into getting a 'home' mooring, . . into a position where the chances were that he, the elderly CC'er, would be evicted from his boat/home and have it seized by the Trust ?

Why haven’t you started a private prosecution against crt, cbs or the police if as you say they have acted illegally towards you?

kris is a really nice chap. Please draw your own conclusions regarding TonyDunkley Rog A great many people have, . . and I'm rather pleased, delighted even, to be so reviled by one small group in particular, . . you're in it, . . likewise your kindred spirits, Mr Stabby and Kris, . . and the site owner of CWDF, . . get the picture ? ________________________________________________________ With regard to your "really nice chap", kris, . . as I've said before, . . you've met him in person only once, and yet you think yourself better placed to comment on his morals and character than someone who rented him a mooring for two years and witnessed first hand the unedifying spectacle of how the despicable little shit behaved towards a CC'er with no 'home' mooring, . . a man not in the best of health and facing eviction from and seizure of his home by C&RT's and CBS's criminally inclined bogus 'Enforcement Agents'. Shortly before kris was due to renew his yearly mooring agreement you with me, he led me to believe that he still needed the mooring and would be keeping it on. That in turn led to me having to refuse the CC'er the mooring he'd asked for, . . and left him still trying to find one and at serious risk of having his boat/home snatched away from him. A matter of only a few weeks later, when I reminded kris that his annual mooring charge was due for payment, . . he then admitted that he didn't need or want the mooring anymore after all, . . because he'd already found an alternative one. In the meantime, . . and VERY luckily for the under threat CC'er, . . a mooring was found for him, and the seizure/eviction threat put into abeyance. Thanks to your "really nice chap" - kris, selfishly and thoughtlessly playing dog-in-a-manger over a mooring he neither wanted or needed, . . an elderly man with a heart condition came very close to facing the stress of being unlawfully dispossessed of his home and its contents by a bunch of C&RT/CBS thugs impersonating Officers of the Court. Your "really nice chap" - kris, . . and anyone who chooses to align themselves with a low-life such as he's shown himself to be, give rise to a condition I'd rather avoid -- you make me sick !

Bulllshit. You lie so much Tony you have lost grip on reality. Seen as I wasn’t present on “your mooring,” and you had previously sub let the space to numerous boaters at the same time, what was stopping you adding another? Your just full of shit Tony.

Peoples online persona can be quite different to who they are in real life.. Perhaps it shouldn't be . But nevertheless they're facets of the same person. Rog Dunno Rog. I do think most of us present an image to other people that we think is acceptable. There are probably many versions of who we are inside of us. Perhaps the keyboard releases some deeply hidden flaws in some people. I am as careful with the words I use typing as I am with speech. Sometimes I get stuff wrong when people misinterpret what I try to convey. I accept that I get stuff wrong.
