It is quite revealing that the bloke in the video thinks it makes a difference what colour someone is. I thought the whole idea was that everyone was equal. He obviously doesn't think so.
According to statistics there is a significant white majority somewhere over 90 percent in the population of Scotland. Even on the cities the majority is large. unlike in Englandland.
So in theory this would mean 1 in 10 jobs would be held by non whites except that a lot of non whites may either be too young for senior positions or not have the right education. Maybe they do not aspire to political positions in the first place.
Does this person believe the figures should be artificially skewed or might a merit driven system be better
If his intention is to motivate I think he is doing a pretty crap job. Division seems to be what he wants..
