Is this the type where you can remove the whole glass panel and it goes back in with some sort of clamp? I've seen canal boats where the entire window is missing the glass and I don't think it was due to damage. It is designed to be removed.

Whilst you can remove the glass, if anyone designed this as an easy way to do so they would fail a design and tech O level. Yes but if the glass was not designed to be removed surely it would be properly sealed to the frame. I wonder if a previous owner experienced an uncomfortable summer and altered the windows to allow pane removal.

If only pain removal was that simple.

A lot of cocaine apparently helps.
Not tried it myself.

Opiate-based compounds are more effective in this area. But the side-effects are quite serious.

Oh yes I meant Codeine not Cocaine.
Maybe it was the teeth thing.
Lidocaine? Is this the one available at open air swimming pools?

Interesting ‘bus window’ to porthole conversion spotted today. I personally think it would have looked a bit better with colour coded frames, but a good effort non the less!👍

I could easily do that with my existing windows, I could adapt the aluminium security plates I fit instead of the glass if the boat is left in dodgy areas.

You are coming across a merkin. Is that a prediction oh wise seer? Do I need to get the big gun out to shoot it? Are they tasty? I heard once that they have the odour of a shithouse door made from old kipper boxes?
