Boat licence fees will need to rise above the baseline inflation rate for each of the next five years. In addition, we are introducing a surcharge for boats that continuously cruise and increasing the surcharges for wide beam boats to reflect the greater utility they receive. The above-inflation increases for all boat licence holders, and the new surcharges, will take effect from 1 April 2024. Details will be announced in November using the latest inflation forecasts.Read it ? Then read it again. I can emphasis if it helps. My underlining in case of hard of thinking types. That says nothing about the surcharges being announced. It just says details, which given the ref to inflation suggests to me the license fee increase. You're obviously becoming as thick and stupid as your cwdf dopes.

Perhaps CRT are like Dogless and prefer to get things done a bit early. The above inflation increase is a separate thing it would seem. Yes this is yet to be annouced.

I think what Claire was trying to point out is that CRT say they will use a forecast of inflation rather than past inflation. Understandable but a bit worrying if it caught on to other things, onpen to a lot of manipulation.

I fully understand that you can be a bit thick at times, but have only recently noticed it is becoming an issue after reading the drivel you write on cwdf. Seeing your posts on here led me to think you were just being a pratt, but now I've come to the conclusion that you genuinely seem to be suffering from something.

The fact you can't post on the other forum is irrelevant. I suppose without being able to log in it means you can't put someone on ignore. How sad

The fact you can't post on the other forum is irrelevant. Wrong again, and this is part of the issue. You randomly throw gibberish you've made up in your head, which only seems to make sense in your own mind. At a guess, I'd say loneliness is starting to affect you in not a good way.

Not so harsh then, unless I’m missing something? Nope nothing like what I think people were expecting, I thought it would have been around 10%. No doubt the haters will still hate!🙄

Still, the work on Toddbrook continues apace, and CRT is liaising with leading experts in the field to ensure everything is on course. This from Tom Edwards:
“I am delighted to be leading on this exciting art project. My style of work is very broad, encompassing everything from impressionism through to geometric minimalism. Most of my work is produced for a specific setting, and as such I like to work with my audience to find a style and approach which best suits its location. I love to paint organic shapes, plants and wildlife and especially birds.”
So that's lovely.

So going up in line with inflation. Now who might be responsible for that, having been in power for 13 years...
