interesting story, it adds that the bus and its occupant were moved to a site with services.
Recently in Kent there was a story of some old bloke who lived in a broken-down van in a woods who had died. Been there for years apparently. No-one seemed to have minded too much (that he was there).
The key is finding a spot where no-one objects. Quite difficult on this ever more-crowded island.

It’s one of those tropes that get wheeled out all the time on analworld. When talking about continuous cruisers. “Park a van on the road and see how long you get away with living in one place.” Well now we know four years on the road and ten years on the canals.

To be fair the council does have so many more powers to deal with things like this ams they are more than haooer to exercise them.
I assume it was taxed and insured etc etc.

Very generous to provide a house for his storage of items and also pay for the bus.
He's well in there.
