You need to give your head a wobble, how on earth did you extrapolate that from what I said. You are a prime candidate for education, not even re education. Easy. You have a problem with Angela Rayner being investigated by the police when there's ample evidence that she's broken the law. Stop making things up. I'm happy for Angela to be investigated, we'll see what the outcome is.

There's evidence that she committed a crime, or crimes. It's the job of the police to establish whether a crime was committed, or not. The police are in the process of doing this.
You think it's wrong that the police are doing this.
Why?

There's evidence that she committed a crime, or crimes. So you decide that she has committed a crime, no maybe or I think so.

It seems that Ms. Rayner may be changing her tune. Having previously said 'it was my only home, no tax was due' this pops up: www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/angela-rayner-council-house-tax-kitchen-b2530756.htmlIf there was a liability for capital gains tax, and this was offset by a kitchen upgrade, as suggested above, she was legally bound to submit a return to HMRC with the relevant information. I think it's fair to assume, she didn't do that. I mean, why would she when 2 weeks ago 'it was my only home, no tax was due'.

Trial by press and a lynch mob - no thanks...

Trial by press and a lynch mob - no thanks... There's been no trial. That will follow, if the police find sufficient evidence, and it's felt to be in the public interest. Rayner can have no complaints. She has been at the front of the queue, shouting her big mouth off, demanding people resign when they haven't been convicted of anything. In life, you very often reap what you sow.

But you have said numerous times she is guilty... I've said there's lots of evidence of guilt. Which there is. The police wouldn't be investigating, if there wasn't.

I would have thought, given your role if pursuing venal politicians, you'd have been first with the news, demanding prosecution because you have already decided on his guilt. He's done no different to Nicola's chap, appropriating contributions to the party. Its not just an in house issue, as some Tories claim.

I haven't been reticent regarding Menzies. If someone reports his activities to the police, the police should investigate. The difference between the two, as far as I can see, as that Menzies isn't a gobshite who calls for people who haven't been convicted of anything to relinquish their posts. Neither does he call people who have different ideas in life to him 'scum'.

Still, I don't recall him ever lecturing people on the evils of feeding alcohol to dogs.

Hubby apparently made over £130000 😱 profit on his house sale, so which was their primary residence as a married couple? Which house sale of the two is liable for CGT on the profit?🤷🏻♂️ 😂 archive.ph/Nq5xy

Which house sale of the two is liable for CGT on the profit?🤷🏻♂️ 😂 archive.ph/Nq5xyStruggling like a real Tory there lad, go Google "can married couple each claim capital gains on different properties" You and your spouse or civil partner are treated as separate individuals for Capital Gains Tax purposes. Each of you will pay tax only on your own gains and you will get relief only for your own losses. www.gov.uk › publications HS281 Capital Gains Tax civil partners and spouses (2021) 130k profit is small beer, given the rise in house prices. Just had my house valued this week, it's not far off that sort of figure. We've been here a good few years and done lots of improvements. No CGT either. Whoop dee doo!
