😂😂😂😂😂 get a shower, victim. So it was you that bullied the other members off the committee of the ACC and then pocketed the funds? There is some evidence to be found...https://narrowboater.blogspot.com/2014/05/association-of-continuous-cruisers.html Association of Continuous Cruisers I am a little concerned about the Association of Continuous Cruisers ACC. It seems to have lost its engine (committee). there are currently no elections planned and no volunteers anyway. I found this on another blog, Skippy’s Ramblings, and am Guest posting it here. Will this be the Downfall of the ACC? The Association of Continues Cruisers is, now operating outside its constitutional remit. this is not opinion, this is a fact, where my opinion is present in this post it will be written as such. The Constitution was the central document for the ACC, it was front and centre on the website at www.associationofcontinuouscruisers.org.uk/constitution, Steve Jenkins seems to have deleted it (my back up here, wayback machine here, and PDF). It was originally placed in the public domain so that members, and non members alike could see what the ACC was about, and what its aims were (§4). With the mass resignation recently, leaving only Steve Jay on the committee of the ACC, the association no longer has quorum. In accordance with §4.1 of the aforementioned ACC constitution) Steve can not invite new members to the council (§4.1, §6.3), can not edit the constitution (§4.1, §6.3, §8.1). Steve can not revoke anyones membership of the ACC (see §3.5.2), and can not exclude anyone under §6.7. It is my considered opinion that Steve Jenkins is now running the ACC as his own private club. He has manipulated, bullied, and forced out other committee members, unilaterally made decisions, and shouted down those who disagree with him. It is for these reason that I think he should resign immediately for being in breach of §6.7, and continuing to misrepresent the ACC to CaRT. At the moment there are two options for the ACC: Immediate appointment of an interim council (7 members), whose immediate task shall be the setting up of full and open elections (I do not wish to see Steve Jenkins on this). The winding up of the ACC in accordance with §8.3. I am not a huge fan of #2, so i would prefer to see #1 as the course of action to be carried out, and before you wonder, no I shall not be looking to stand, This is the start of a letter that I hope will be signed by at least 30 full time members of the ACC (§5.2).

Maybe so, I don't know, the question is, will they do it again. If they do, as proposed, they will charge the 75cl price to gullible fools. Well, the answer is that they did. "Pint bottles of champagne were sold in the UK before Britain joined the European Common Market, and remained on shelves until 1973. However, their production ceased because they did not comply with EU weight and measure rules". Source- news.sky.com/story/pints-of-wine-to-be-sold-in-britain-for-the-first-time-13038109#:~:text=Pint%20bottles%20of%20champagne%20were,EU%20weight%20and%20measure%20rules. Where is your evidence to support your prediction of the pricing of champagne sold in pint bottles? Human greed and contempt for fools.

Why should they? Do you really think they will change their production line for little Johnny Englander? Thought you were brighter than that. But French winery production lines turned out pint bottles of Champagne prior to 1973, right? Maybe so, I don't know, the question is, will they do it again. If they do, as proposed, they will charge the 75cl price to gullible fools.

Out of interest, what is the life expectancy of someone who has just had their heart ripped out and eaten in front of him? Not very long I would have thought. Less than 40 secs usually. They usually die of shock, before they get chance to bleed out. 🙃 Have you not tried a loud Boo! Saves all the mess and finger licking.

Even better, the champagne, Tories wanted pints of champagne - which must be chateau bottled as part of the process, and I can’t REALLY see the French going along with that nonsense. Why not? "Winston Churchill famously once said that a pint of Champagne was the ideal measure, being “enough for two at lunch and one at dinner”. " Why should they? Do you really think they will change their production line for little Johnny Englander? Thought you were brighter than that.

Anyway, back on topic, here's more for the little collective Tory brain... Much of the wine we buy is transported to UK in plastic bags (in 40 ft containers) and bottled here - so no problem… lots of chance for profiteering as pints of wine are sold at the same price as 75 cl bottles (a Brexit benefit for SOMEBODY), but nobody makes pint wine bottles…
Even better, the champagne, Tories wanted pints of champagne - which must be chateau bottled as part of the process, and I can’t REALLY see the French going along with that nonsense. Can’t see a Tory boycott of metric champagne either…
Answers on a postcard, no doubt liberally sprinkled with abuse or dissembling cos I'm right😂 and you don't have answers or reasons for the whims of your masters.

Any chance that your new year resolution will be to be pleasant to others? Excuse me? Just show me where I actually set out to victimise kriss. You won’t be able to do that given the fact I only reply when he goads (on a daily basis). Have a word with the idiot if you like, but don't imply I'm the culprit. Ta. So that's a No then.

There is plenty of information that suggests Brexit has increased costs to the average UK resident. Whether Brexit is good or bad for the UK is a matter of opinion. It has though definitely come at a cost to the majority of us. 'Huge costs' was the term used, the one I responded to. I also asked if you knew of any Brexit benefits, more than once. You responded with dissembling questions. You could always engage with all the points being made, rather than just talking about argument or picking on one little bit as a distraction to a question you can't answer. That would raise the prospect of debate.

That’ll be the same proven pathological liar Blair, who is still busy amassing a fortune swanning around on the talk circuit for some of the world's worst human rights abusers when he should be serving time for war crimes? He wears a red tie tho so alls good with him in Jims world!🙄 Barnard Castle visit due, you skipped over "proven and convicted" perhaps I should have added "unkempt blond" for the hard of thinking.
