We have the watersport game for Xbox (amongst others). Riding the raft down the rapids, jumping through hoops, and the bloody thing takes pictures of you doing it. Amazing stuff. Kinect? Yes we have that it's quite funny. Strangely it struggles in our front room as it's too small. It's ok on me fat boat, but definitely wouldn't work on a narrow.

I've got a flat and it don't work but it probably would on the boat as the tv is at the end and can stand far enough away.

A friend was showing me an animated game to do with stealing cars. It had been his grandson, but an 'upgraded' version had come out, so he'd inherited the original. It was very impressive. The inter-action between the character representing 'the player' and the rest of the animated world is unbelievable. I can easily see how someone can while away hours playing such games, and get better and better at them. Just not my thing. Mind you I tried golf for a few years, and I can see how that can get you hooked. But I preferred the walk Rog Grand theft auto. A great game. I'm Xbox too. I like battfield and gta, world of tanks and that sort. I can't go out on the streets and do that kind of thing. To be honest I play a few things on my phone but only to pass the time in the bog or waiting for a bus etc. I like my Xbox but hardly play it anymore. We have a gaming p.c but it's at Nannys so nipper can play on it when he is there. He likes to do coding and stuff and will live stream games out on his YouTube channel. Couldent do that on an Omega 500. When I get to play on the console it's normally midnight when everyone's gone to bed and I can play a team game with the lads. I wouldent are time during the day. Too much to do. Have you tried Ghost recon, wildlands? Was a big BF4 player till the above came out, its a mix of BF and GTA.

My kids flirted with computer games for a while before abandoning them completely which is a relief, it would be too easy to waste away your entire life in front of a screen.

Not had a console since my PS2 got water damage. All of my gaming is on the PC, World of Tanks with chums when we can all get together, I've just upgraded my PC to run Prepar3d to replace my elderly FSX flight simulator. Train simulator on steam and Rome Total War. Oh yes and got an Oculus Rift just after Christmas for Virtual reality games. Absolutely mind blowing playing Elite Dangerous in VR
