I know exactly what @bassplayer is on about. Well would you like to explain it then? Because I don't. He's posted on here about some post on cwdf as if we've all read it, some of us don't read cwdf anymore let alone post on it.

According to the resident news reader on the other channel it seems the NBTA are about to take on CRT legally over the caravan boat affair I have a bad feeling about this. It looks like another extreme case being used in an attempt to enforce law which the vast majority are happy being left vague. (i.e “bona fide”). I guess kris was referring to the first sentence not the second. References needed. Agreed.

The thing is I don’t know where Alan got that from as I can’t see an announcement on the NBTA web site.

I'm just curious as to how 80% of Andrzej's possessions could have suffered water damage "due to CRT's legendary incompetence". I mean, I accept this could have happened but some more detail would be helpful here.

It’s really important that they get the public and other boaters on their side To do that, good clear honest communications with the public are imperative. CRT can throw lots of money at the PR machine but most people aren’t stupid and can see through any bullshit.

De Enfield is a fuckin twat. He often, well no, actually, he always puts crap up that is out of context with real events. I would wait for something more substantial, and from a more reliable source. Nbta are possibly trying to get the guy relicensed, just like tadworth. CRT will have to comply.
