I have never checked it.
This the original duck song of course
A very sweet and highly honest children's song.
A good antidote to things like "The wheels on the bus go round and round all day long" and "Zoom zoom zoom we're going to the moon".
These two are blatant examples of adults deliberately lying to small children.
The wheels on the bus do NOT go round and round all day long and we are NOT going to the moon.
The sooner the government cracks down on this sort of thing the better it will be for society going forwards.
Don't lie to the kids.

Fair point.
I think the kids probably know the adults are lying anyway so it should be alright.
It was the basic principle that bothered me.

I think you will find that ownership of Halcyon Daze "vested in the Board" many moons ago. Excellent example of the likely outcome when someone with shit for brains attempts something as ill-advised as 'thinking'.

The second paragraph of subsection 4 is also relevant. The owner may retake the boat upon payment of expenses

There are some other areas of contention besides the inequities of CRT's management of the canals that Tony really should consider, if only for the truth that his bullshit would be better received; the 'Freeman On The Land' crowd would be an excellent choice, as would 'The Flat Earth Society'. The latter are a better choice than the free men since they at least have a website; the former appear a little more difficult to contact.

The second paragraph of subsection 4 is also relevant. The owner may retake the boat upon payment of expenses Only in the event that the owner of the 'relevant craft' was unknown or uncontactable at the time that the Section 8 Notice was served, is the second paragraph of subsection 4) relevant. The wording - your wording - 'The owner may retake the boat upon payment of expenses' - is not only taken out of context, but neither does it appear in that (quoted) form anywhere within para.2) of subsection 4) of Section 8, . . or anywhere else within the text of the 1983 Act.
