Different seller? Having said that it says "ashore at our Chester yard" so presumably still someone with CBS. No longer advertised as being sold on behalf of navigation authority. "Registered as a private seller"

Apart from the fact that Mersey is most certainly NOT and NEVER was - "the prototype for L&L short boats" - what have Thunderboat's resident collection of deadheads, . . especially the poster, . . missed about this ?

More intelligent and knowledgeable people than yourself told me Mersey was the prototype. So why don’t you just fuck off and die Tony? Put us all out of your misery.

"Registered as a private seller" I had noticed that it now says private seller. They might have been sold by crt to the owner of cbs?

Tony is keeping his cards close to his chest on this.
It is quite an amusing choice of words to ask what someone might have missed. It is self defeating because if they missed it then they would not know, by definition..

Yes.
Taken by road to Greenwalls Farm, Dodleston.
an old narrow boat called Equus was also taken.
I don't know the story but given the value I would suspect an estate of a deceased was involved.
This private seller is interesting. Perhaps a bargain for someone ?
Have a careful look at the BOS !!
These are not random generic narrow boats one could hide easily.
The Mersey (Previously called Arthur) was for sale at about £75k around 12 yars ago. Plenty of hull works and a full steel cabin but could still be a can of worms to be fair.

Nobody really gives a shit about all your crap to be honest.
Have you tried AI? you might get more sense out of a machine than a collection of worthless inconsequential nobodies.

I think the private seller is just an ebay thing. Its a private account as they don't sell much. Hiding the real intentions though. For giggles you could ask for some kind of prove of ownership, don't want to buy a stolen boat.

. . . other than to whom the question is directed ? Prat with no name and the bfg take note ! Why the secrecy? Just tell us. There's no secrecy, . . quite the opposite in fact. The details and the MO of the joint C&RT Ltd and Commercial Boat Services 'Section 8' boat thieving scam, . . and the names, or identities, of those who benefit financially from it, . . have been published, several times, in a good number of my posts on this forum. Whilst those posts and the content appears to have been duly noted by those for whom it was intended - the C&RT Ltd management, its crooked lawyers, and Commercial Boat Services MD Brian Clarke - it is clear that most, if not all, has been missed by Thunderboat's active trolling contingent, . . who not only talk through their backsides, but also give the distinct impression that they think with and read through them too.

I always talk out of my arse.
Why do anything else?
Irrelevant bullshit needs to be countered with other irrelevant bullshit.
Its amazing how many pieces of bird shit you find under some bridges.
