Endless repetition coming up again no doubt.
As mentioned elsewhere all that is likely to happen is the police will be authorised to eject the person from the boat then the boat will be removed.
Not very pleasant but predictable enough I think.
If anyone is taking advice from you I do hope they know you have form for losing a boat to the CRT section 8 process and however much you moan about it you won't be getting it back.
Possibly not a very good role model for someone attempting to avoid the same outcome.

If only you’d locked yourself in and kept your mouth shut Tony, you might still have your boat. I doubt it though as Stuart so wanted to take your boat.

The following has already been posted elsewhere, . . but I think it appropriate to repeat it here - for as many times as necessary - as something of an antidote to the sheer volume of mindless garbage deposited on this thread by the members of the Thunderboat mental cripples club :-
Yesterday's Bradford-on-Avon fiasco was attended in person by C&RT Ltd's Solicitor-Advocate, Lucy Barry, and her equally dishonest colleague, Matthew Aymes, the Trust's national Customer and Licence Support manager (sic). I was pleased to have my good wishes passed on to them both via people that I was in direct contact with, and who were on site throughout the whole day.
A big 'thank you and well done' is due to a Wiltshire Police Sergeant, who, unlike the four thick ill-trained Nottinghamshire Police officers who attended and actively assisted C&RT Ltd and Commercial Boat Services bogus Bailiffs to steal my boat Halcyon Daze on 22 October 2020, knew and understood the powers and limitations of the (Declaratory & Injunctive Relief) Court Order with which C&RT Ltd were, after first unlawfully evicting him from, were fraudulently and in contempt of Court attempting to 'seize' the boat on which George Ward is living.
I doubt that C&RT will be stupid enough to go back to the Court, . . as they are in fact legally obliged to do, . . to ask the Court to enforce the fining, imprisonment or asset seizure sanctions listed in the printed warning that accompanies every Injunction Order the Courts make, . . because that, of course would leave Deards, Barry, Aymes & co. open to being forced to try to explain away every previous occasion on which they have taken it upon themselves to contemptuously assume the role and powers of the Court in unlawfully seizing and disposing of targeted boatowners homes and/or assets.
The lid has finally been very publicly blown off C&RT Ltd and Commercial Boat Services criminal activities, . . and the way is now open for everyone who has had a boat and contents unlawfully seized by this so-called charitable Trust and its crooked contractors to initiate the process of recovering their stolen goods and property.

Anyone considering taking Tony’s advice, would do well to remember that Tony has lost two of his own boats to crt. So you might want to take what he says with a pinch of salt.

Wasn't Tony unsuccessfully advising that man who had his lightship seized a few years ago? yes.

Is that a pinch of salt for the chips on his shoulders? No it’s for when he insists that you run your boat aground. To satisfy his anti crt agenda.

I certainly think it is unlikely that yesterday's chapter marks the end of the story. I would imagine that on the next visit, the Police in attendence will be instructed to arrest Mr Ward for obstruction should be prove uncooperative. Hopefully the boat can be moved to the new mooring before this comes to pass.

At least it will give Tony something to feel important about for a while.

At least it will give Tony something to feel important about for a while. Delusions of grandeur is a terrible thing. Don't ask me how I know this. A long and illustrious family history of this problem.

A long and illustrious family history of this problem. It stops Tony from bothering us. He’s got other people to mither with his condescending overbearing manor.
