So answer the question Jim… What are you actually doing to help house these immigrants that you and your policymakers want the uk to house, apart from virtual signalling? I don't have to, personally. It's important that we all contribute in some way to society, can't do everything. Of course voting labour will help. What are you doing, apart from vice signalling with tit pics? Pathetic fuckin grifter.

By the way, I'm hardly large, 5'11", a 34 inch waist and 86kg is a pretty average size. A lot smaller than your mouth, but obviously a hell of a lot bigger than your brain. What a sick pathetic cunt you are, telling everyone to do their bit when you do absolutely fuck all other than gob off.

Any chance of an answer to this jim ? Sure your boats going to be moored up for the next 5 or 6 months, room for two there. It wouldn't be legal to rent it out. I do a lot for others in other ways, what do you and the fat boater do? Empty talk. Why is there a housing crisis, tories not living up their promises by any chance, 300k houses a year? Who did you vote for? And you believed them? Andyberg, why don't you help your fellow hedge dwelling boaters, George and Tony. Easy enough to set up a charity. We could easily build 300k houses a year but the soft nimbys fight every single housing development.

There is enough regulation and legislation on landlords at the moment, and many who invested in rental property for their retirement fund are now rueing their decision. The Rent Officer has now been replaced by the courts, and with a wily 'Human Rights' lawyer, the lazy grifters know they can continue in their idleness with two fingers stuck up. Local Government has abdicated its responsibility with regard to any social housing, and their sclerotic practices in administration do not keep up with what they have. A roofing job has scaffolding erected 2 weeks before the work starts, and is often up for a month or two afterwards. The local housing trust to me puts up many vacated properties for auction rather than reletting them, and many go to private buyers who do the work and sell, or rent out themselves. A company wholly owned by the local councilinvests in new property which is allegedly affordable with much of it occupied by immigrants on housing benefit whilst local people who have grown up here are ignored. Development companies are only given planning permission after agreeing to the provision of infrastructure improvements which should be the responsibility of local government, so they do not provide as much supply as they could in a fairer market. With regard to the broader picture, the economy has existed and grown on the back of private investment which generally works much better than nationalised industries. Whatever the current state of power, water and transport, it is vastly more efficient than their state owned predecessors. Tin Hat ready for action. "...many who invested in rental property for their retirement fund are now rueing their decision..." I'm guessing that includes you. You're guessing wrong. Unless you were able to invest in multiple properties so that a bad tenant did not bankrupt you, then I've always felt it a poor option. Also, using letting agents is a poor option as they soak up their commission for very little effort reducing your returns.

If 2020 and Covid taught me anything thebfg it was that government can find the money for ANYTHING they choose to. Rog If Jim got their promise right then it wouldn't matter anyway. But he won't will he. New homes are at about 230,000/240,000 a year. They still have two years or so to get to 300k a year. The amount being built in the private sector is the highest since war time England. Who actually cares if they fail. New homes coming onto the market is at a record pace. Boris wanting the private sector to up its game and they have.

I think Keir has just put the gun to labours head and pulled the trigger blowing out what few brains they had! He has been talking to the EU and it seems he will take a fair share of economic migrants about 200k a year along with the boat crossers probably 300k! I think the tories have just won the next GE Ah, I see the junta have no arguement with the content, resorting to picking on one missing o. Desperate or what. I wonder why you think we shouldn't pull our weight, do our share, as the 5th richest (though dropping) country, to take in refugees. That's typical tory double counting (aka lies) btw, 70% of the 100k boat migrants are genuine refugees, who would have an easier route, so wouldn't be counted additionally for effect. The poll figures show a labour win btw. Don't care don't vote. But have it your way, let's revisit brexit, count the don't knows as remain, the status quo. Obviously if they couldn't be arsed they weren't bothered. Sorry Jim the vast majority of boat economic migrants are just that! Young health males looking for a new life as gangsters!

The next General Election is due to be held no later than 28th January 2025, although it is likely that it will be held a year earlier than this. A bit like Dogless's BSS.
