I am with Tony on this you are an engineer, and you could knock up something when you get back to clean up the fuel. So working on the principle that water and dirt end up at the bottom you have to remove fuel and filter it from the top, think about it and I bet you knock something together for a hundred quid. Those one ton clear cubes in a cage for liquids would be a good start as they have a drain for the real crap at the bottom.

You can get fittings to take a 1/2' tap on the S60 Thread on the outlet valve. Vary in price on eBay from £15 - £70 mostly collected. You need a good clean un or a rebottled one. We send loads back to WIT in Worksop, they have had resin in so no good for anything but reconditioning.

... So working on the principle that water and dirt end up at the bottom ... Just factor in the cost (if any) of responsibly getting rid of the resultant gunk.

Which could be just one 25 litre container taken to the council dump and put in the used oil collector who knows but anything is better than the loss of all that fuel

Otherwise trade waste...

Its impressive how massive supertanker oil spills get dealt with by mother nature.
