I've had a pair of my white calvins nicked off the whir-lie gig by the boat a few months ago... I wouldn't have minded so much, had they not been a nice old pair that had finally given in their struggle to hold things in position and relaxed into a "oh we'll leave it where it is so long as it's covered" kind of affair.
The result of this however has had me sneaking peeks at OTHER boaters washing to see if I could find aforementioned item! - They'll be easy to identity as ginger pubes are buggers to wash out - they stick like cats fur... I'm sure they have barbs... just ask Mr Stabby - he moaned a bucket load last time he "popped round" ;-)

........... or caused a swan to drown when she got his knickers in a twist around her feet after pinching them from the washing line.
in any event, anyone who hangs out his intimate stuff in public deserves to lose it.

There are all sorts of weirdos around who like sniffing dirty underwear, so hanging them out dirty is asking for trouble.

Pervert= someone who engages in abnormal sexual behaviour. As around 90% of the population is heterosexual the 10% who are homosexual are engaging in abnormal behaviour and are therefore: perverts. Someone who feels the need to dress up, carry out role play, engage in dominant or submissive sexual behaviour is not acting 'normally'. We can therefore say categorically: they are perverts. 40 years ago someone engaging in cunnilingus might have been branded a pervert, but not nowadays. The jury is out as to whether someone who engages in anilingus is a pervert, in 2017. Times change eh?
The point here is that it's a word with powerful negative connotations. We all know this and therefore, it should only be used when the circumstances fit with this. So, anyone who engages in any consensual act with another is no pervert. Neither is someone who pinches someone's bum. That might be a little inappropriate, but that's all it is.

That might be a little inappropriate, but that's all it is. Pretty much agree with you apart from the last bit that I have left quoted. Times change and often for the good. A gentle slap on the bum shouldn't always be considered inappropriate but in some situations it's very wrong behavior. One size doesn't fit all circumstances.

Good rule of thumb would be if you would’t do it to the Queen,it’s inappropriate!

Good rule of thumb would be if you would’t do it to the Queen,it’s inappropriate! It’s a bad rule of thumb. For example, you wouldn’t ask the queen out on a date. If the population never ask someone out on a date the species would die out.

I dunno it sets certain standards for behaviour..perhaps a little too constrained like a strait jacket but there are probably some of those named and shamed who would benefit from wearing one..well maybe not them but the women they've behaved inappropriately with would....if u get my drift.. There are some bl.... menaces walking around but equally there are some super sensitive women who would cry sexual abuse for any alleged misdemeanour...there just has to be a balance and common sense approach...maybe thats expecting too much in modern Day Victorian Life..

No, he was a sexually inadequate paedophile who used his fame and power to take advantage of kids.
Someone who once felt someone's bum is not a pervert. By linking the two you are insulting and diminishing the severity of proper sexual assault. You are a very naughty boy and I will have to spank your bottom. Bare. And if you get a hardon when I'm doing it you are a pervert.
ooh ooh ooh, do you have a hair brush? Pleeese!

Ok, in a work situation where you barely know someone and/or your relationship is purely professional then my rule of thumb stands. The quip about Prince Philip is apt, his relationship with the Queen is of a different type and therefore his behavior is/was appropriate. Surely before you ask someone out on a date your relationship has moved on from the purely professional? If not, then be prepared to be labeled slightly inappropriate and/or sleazy.
