Just been out to run some errands and stopped by the Co-Op for some essentials for home (you know, a bottle of Rioja, cbeebies magazine - that sort of thing!) These were not essential and are unlikely to last very long. I know to be careful and not scoff the lot as the consequences can be a bit emotional, but, the bloody things are so moreish!

Shame you spoilt them with crap coffee... That crap coffee was a thankyou for repairing our insurance inspectors wheeled fishing tackle box, he'd put a few pounds on and had buckled the framework. Never look a gift 🏇 in the mouth. Besides, warm and wet and semi drinkable is a bare minimum to work to. We do have a filter coffee machine that earns it's keep, my colleague is keen on Lavazza so the quality goes up when it's his turn. He has to make do with Aldi's finest when it's my shout 👍

Try to be strong, show your will-power. Peter. You mean the "yes I Will have another one" type of will-power.

Jane loves figs! They're okay, but not a proper biscuit in my eyes. But enjoy. You're unlikely to put weight on eating them, they seem to pass through speedily Rog

I'm not an expert but I believe the fig to be an endozoochoric (sp) plant
Seed dispersal via ingestion by vertebrate animals (mostly birds and mammals), or endozoochory, is the dispersal mechanism for most tree species.[22] Endozoochory is generally a coevolved mutualistic relationship in which a plant surrounds seeds with an edible, nutritious fruit as a good food for animals that consume it. Birds and mammals are the most important seed dispersers, but a wide variety of other animals, including turtles and fish, can transport viable seeds.
I love this sort of shit.
