It's all to easy to be sucked into the vortex of a heavy work load...I hope it all soon resolves without negative impact on health...you only have one life and the stress of working flat out/juggling home life etc can be very detrimental to it... Take care and seize any opportunity to chill and relax....

It's little brother is around the other side, big un for resin, little un for gelling agent, both are now metered as the ratio is critical - each batch of resin needs careful adjustment depending on various parameters, shelf life and viscosity being just two of the factors taken into account. The coriolis flow meters give us real time data and control over the actual dosed ratio and amount. Previously we set the ratio manually by checking the dosing output of each pump independently - we now need to check the output during impregnation. These a series of peristaltic dosing pumps that add the other additives we use to a large mixing tank upstream. The design, sourcing, installation and commissioning while still maintaining production capability has been a ball ache. Next phase is to give more premixing capacity and a larger buffer tank capacity prior to the addition of the gelling agent. It all sounds a piece of piss when you condense it down to a few paragraphs!

On top of all the other crap I've had, the dwarf was one of the 1.5% that failed to get any of her three school choices. The one offered is not suitable, too far away, opposite direction to work and to cap it all its in special measures and shows no sign of improving!
We are now in the process of appealing and applying to other schools as late applicants.
Never fucking rains but it pours!

I know that feeling. His first school application failed and he was put in a shit school in the middle of one of the worst estates in Southampton. He hated it. We were spoken to everyday about his behaviour and his bullying. Half way through year 2 our favoured school offered a place and we jumped at the chance. Turns out that the new school worked out in two weeks what his last school could not do in two and a half years. That the other kids wind him up till he reacts and then grass him up. All sorted now and both kids are at that school a nice ten minute walk from home. Brilliant school and with his issues, they handle it so well. We have found out they both got into the next school we applied for. Hes going to senior school just around the corner and she steps up to junior school. They are not lea schools but we are very happy. So I feel your pain, I hope you get it resolved but it's nice to see you back on-board.
