He has european human rights by arriving here *sigh* the European Human rights has nothing to do with the EU and everything to do with Winston Churchill pre EC. Another fallacy put about by the Brexit campaign, when someone falls foul of yuropeen yuman rites blame Churchy and his quest for universal rights and not the EU, for all their failings this has zero, nought, fuckall to do with them. I am afraid it does have everything to do with Europe because he can go to the European courts if our own court wont give him what he wants. Not sure what will be the case when we have left but I doubt he would have that right. What I find strange is he is in no danger so therefore we just send him back |

It was also bandied about by remainers...."what will happen to our youman rites if we leave yourope......in fact anything with the word Europe in was game for a laugh by both sides........Bloody Europe Car....they'll be the first to go if we leave Fuhrer May has already said she wants to leave the ECHR and take away those pesky yuman roites, how can you abuse the poor if they have rights ffs. |

It has nothing to do with Europe, Human rights or anything to do with protecting the weak and the poor. It has everything to do with Somalia not accepting forced repatriation. But dont let that get in the way of a good old rant about yurup and youman roites. |

Oh and the Courts you mention are separate from the European courts in general.

I think if I was dealing with this issue I would helicopter him in from one of navy patrol boats in that area drop him off in the sea so he can swim back! hope he took swimming lessons somewhere. The man is a total scumbag so why bother with anything but rough justice. As for european court you know which one I was on about its the one that stops us getting rid of terrorists because they have "rights"
