I wouldn’t want to go to Southampton either. The strange thing about Southampton is that it is nowhere near Northampton. It used to be but CRT misled the court and had it moved using unemployed people posing as labourers.

Odd report. Says MOD says no military involvement but then states armed units setting up at the historic dockyard in Portsmouth, a current navel base. And the sbs are on standby. I also know there is a navy ship nearby on standby. Perhaps that should be 'no military involvement so far'. The crew have been reported as retreated to a safe area so it seems reasonable to suppose they are not in charge of steering or any of the other important stuff and being an oil tanker it would probably make a bit of a mess if was run aground.

And the sbs are on standby. What - to take them a mug of cocoa? They'll be brought ashore and stuck in a hotel in Epping. Certainly not a hotel in the Cotswolds! "naughtyfox don't be so cruel... they are government officials bringing details of the millions of pounds they want to transfer to our bank accounts and give us a huge fee for doing it."

I also know there is a navy ship nearby on standby. The report of armed police in the dockyard needs to be taken with a pinch of salt, it came from IOW radio. There's always armed MODPlod on the gates of the dockyard, and anything planned for an intervention wouldn't be set up in public view.

It has been revealed that the hijacked tanker near the Isle of Wight has been boarded by unemployed people disguised as special forces. CRT have taken the vessel under tow which is believed to be heading for Sharpness, an unconfirmed report stated.

Yeah, I was only saying what the daily fail reported contradicting their own article.

Well the latest news is special forces stormed the boat and captured the Nigerians and took back control of the boat after a 10 hour stand off. Like I said daily mails reports of no military involvement were way of the mark. Crt should take note for future boat removals. www.thesun.co.uk/news/13019133/isle-of-wight-oil-tanker-incident/

On the Marine Radar app, you can see a tug Lomax and two RNLI life boats making towards the vessel in question, Nave Andromeda. The work surface I had in the kitchen at Horror House was called Andromeda....think it was a sort of marble..it was beautiful..purple flecks with a grey like background..I loved the idea that the earth gave this up then there was no more..8 kitchens only got it in our area. Nowt to do with ships hijacking but u know these threads..t'would be a shame if it didn't go off piste ...

Are you sure it wasn't called Amadeus? Commercial name for a gneiss from the Sulkava area of eastern Finland. The reds are garnets. www.loimaankivi.fi/en/kivimateriaali/headstones/amadeus-3/

Which hotel were they taken to?

Yes, I can confirm that the siege is over. Along with Big Baz, Dinger, Chalky and "Strangely" Browne, I abseiled down from the helicopter last night and we had these uppity jungle bunnies sorted out in no time.
I know people are going to disbelieve me because the operation was carried out by the SBS but in fact I am in both the SAS and the SBS and also the SCS (a crack team of sofa installers).
