If anyone has video or audio evidence, or even still pictures, of parents putting their children at risk for COVID-19, send it to me. I'm compiling a dossier for the authorities. We must keep these kids safe!

With schools opening across the country, death is certainly coming for us all. My cat Booster is hiding at the bottom of the laundry basket, and there's no room down there for me.

I have not been asked once, just like I confirmed. Although we as staff have nice pink bands which get scanned and if we haven't met the requirements each day, of filling in a questionnaire and having a test every 72 hours. It will flahed up and the person would be removed from the site. Off for a nap. Night shift tonight.

It will flahed up and the person would be removed from the site. Off for a nap. Night shift tonight. Adrian.. you are a complete and utter imbecile. You also lost that bet with Foxy and should pay up. So not really a highly contagious and deadly virus if festivals are allowed. 'Self-testing' is a joke as you can write any number and send it off and declare yourself 'negative. The NHS does not match test kit serial numbers and, indeed, seems oblivious to them. Any responsible person would avoid going to festivals like the plague.... if there were a plague on! Just because you test 'negative' doesn't mean you are: "New Zealand opening batsman Finn Allen has tested positive to Covid-19, 48 hours after arriving in Bangladesh for the Black Caps tour. New Zealand Cricket said on Tuesday night that Allen β who played for Birmingham Phoenix in The Hundred in England β was fully-vaccinated and passed all his pre-departure tests before flying to Dhaka at the weekend. Since his positive test, Allen has been quarantined at the teamβs hotel and immediate advice is that he is experiencing moderate symptoms, NZCβs statement said." Anyway, 'testing' yourself twice a day (or once every 72 hours) for a virus is hardly what I'd call 'normal'. If you do believe in Covid, and that people can become seriously ill and die from it, the responsible thing to do would be to stay at home and avoid contact with other people; going to festivals 'for a good time' and potentially spreading the virus is, simply, selfish.

Interesting claim by the Torygraph that UK has plans to vaccinate children of 12 years old without parental consent.
I'm not sure it is accurate but it is being carried by a major fish and chip wrapper supplier so there might be something in it.
I don't like that.
I guess it's a way of attempting to bypass parents who do not wish to have vaccines and the hope would be the children can be coerced into it either by peer pressure or just by the teachers telling them to do it.
It could prove quite difficult for a 12 year old who did not want the vaccine to hold their ground against the rest of the school. It would effectively end up being mandatory vaccination.

Yes but you are not allowed to suggest that.

It will flahed up and the person would be removed from the site. Β So, assuming the test is correct (and you haven't fiddled the result) if you catch the Covid virus after 1 hour of taking the test, you have 71 hours (three days) in which to spread it.Β Nice.Β Β "I have not been asked once, just like I confirmed."Β -Β you are referring to being asked to show a 'Covid passport'Β -Β yet here you are saying you must be tested, which is what is meant by "Covid passport".Β So, yes, you are being asked.Β The test is your 'pass' to be there.Β I expect you will ignore that inconvenient fact. It was a direct answer to your direct question about my vaccine status. So no I'm not referring to my pass. Yet again ignoring the question and making the answer fit your agenda. I've said many many times were moving on amd learning to live with it, it's probably about time you did too. I'm taking all the precautions to keep myself safe. My employers are takinh lots of steps to ensure our safety as much as they can. P.s we can ignore your unfounded accusations. Don't bother replying.

Yes but children belong to the state, not their parents, didn't you know? Scotland has formalised this ownership issue by creating a law that states that each child born is allocated a state approved guardian. The guardian is waiting in the wings, prepared to take ownership, should the state not approve of the ownership of the parent/s.

That would be a good way to enforce vaccination!
Take the kids away if parents don't get the jabs.
Clever.
I think I will stick to my unvaccinated guns.

I tend not to take too much notice of extremists in general. There will be extreme anti vaxxers and extreme pro vaxxers but at the end of the day it is a personal choice, thus far.
As I have children, for better or for worse what a nightmarishly brilliant idea/mistake that was, I am quite interested in the 12 year old kids being vaccinated thing.
Pretty sure that the older one who will be 12 next year has had her head suitably cleared of any perception that vaccination may be a Good Thing. So she will be well able to not give her consent.
I'm a laid back "I don't want a vaccine" type of person but their mum, who did actually put them in for the BCG is a full scale antivaxxer when it comes to this Covid bollocks.
Always handy when parents generally agree on this sort of shit !
