I'm sure there has been devilment and deliberate misunderstanding somewhere here.

Debt collectors use scarey red ink when they want someone to do something.
Normally in their 9th final notice before claim.
Sounds familiar. Maybe red will be better than yellow.

Was the change to the thread title made in the hope of avoiding any more awkward questions about the damage to A41, and the bodged so-called repairs that you'd prefer were not brought to the attention of the C&RT or your boat insurers ? * < www.legislation.gov.uk/ukla/1983/2/pdfs/ukla_19830002_en.pdf > -- Section 7 [Control of unsafe vessels] * "No limit on the age of the boat provided it is in sound condition and maintained in a sound condition throughout the period of this insurance" -- -- I'll leave you to work out where, and in what, that proviso is to be found. Nb : If you're having difficulties in understanding any of this, . . it can be re-posted in yellow. Could you please re-post this in yellow.
Thanks. Nah !!!

The trouble with red is that one in 250 men have red/green colour blindness.

Look your all missing the point, if Tony types in yellow it’s very important. But did Steve Beacham accede to your ultimatum or did he degrade you as a totally inadequate little runt of a man by completely ignoring it? My money is on Option 2.

Unanswered Question [Which will be repeated until kris, who started this thread under a different title, provides a full and honest answer] Was the change to the (this) thread title made in the hope of avoiding any more awkward questions about the hull damage that occurred to A41 [aka. "Medlock" - Index No. 76914] on the Aire and Calder on 26 September 2017, and the unsatisfactory bodged repairs that the owner [kris] would prefer not to come to the attention of the C&RT or the boat's insurers ?References : -- * < www.legislation.gov.uk/ukla/1983/2/pdfs/ukla_19830002_en.pdf > -- Section 7 [Control of unsafe vessels] * "No limit on the age of the boat provided it is in sound condition and maintained in a sound condition throughout the period of this insurance".
