So you will be getting Halcyon Daze back? When, . . if ever, . . was whatever you keep between your ears last disturbed by an original or intelligent thought ?

As the significance of where I was resident on 22 October 2020 appears to have been entirely lost on everyone who's commented since yesterday with regard to the calculated outright lie that was fed to C&RT about where I was resident prior to 22 October 2020, the following obviously needs repeating again : --
"Very good, . . but what you in fact would have done, in the unlikely event of anyone apart from your fellow TB lamebrains ever lending any credibility to any of the mindless crap you incessantly spout, would not be to 'fix' anything, but instead to create something of an anomaly that C&RT and it's arse or elbow lawyers wouldn't thank you for.
C&RT must be delighted to have people like you in their corner, shouting your mindless support . . particularly so, since they became aware that the information that was relied and acted upon -- and which came from a Thunderboat forum member -- to the effect that I wasn't living aboard "Halcyon Daze" at the time of the unlawful eviction and seizure by the C&RT on 22 October last year has proved to be from an unreliable source and entirely wrong !
The 'official' C&RT line in defence of what was done on 22 October 2020 is, or rather WAS, that I was NOT evicted from "Halcyon Daze", and that the boat was NOT seized, but simply 'removed' under the Section 8 powers precisely as laid down in the 1983 Act."
* Re-posted from 12 August in the continuing absence of any relevant or intelligent response.

Oh dear. Has Dunkleys tangled web of lies been untangled?
Perhaps the mould from the damp fusty caravan is getting to him and affecting his coherence?

Strange coincidence that you both swapped your boats for wheels around the same time..

The caravan has gone, well at least from what was his mooring.

The caravan has gone, well at least from what was his mooring. There's never been a caravan on my Barton mooring, . . vacuous windbag !

That’s funny there was one until about two weeks ago or maybe that’s because it isn’t your mooring anymore?

Unanswered Question :Was the change to the (this) thread title made in the hope of avoiding any more awkward questions about the hull damage that occurred to A41 [aka. "Medlock" - Index No. 76914] on the Aire and Calder on 26 September 2017, and the unsatisfactory bodged repairs that the owner [ kris] subsequently carried out against professional advice, and would prefer not to come to the attention of the C&RT or the boat's insurers ? References : -- * < www.legislation.gov.uk/ukla/1983/2/pdfs/ukla_19830002_en.pdf > -- Section 7 [Control of unsafe vessels] * "No limit on the age of the boat provided it is in sound condition and maintained in a sound condition throughout the period of this insurance" [ kris's insurers] [To be repeated until kris has the decency to stop ducking the question and provide an honest answer]
