The Saffas shure know how to slow down and control a game but it makes for a boring match apart from a couple of bits from Stuart Hogg

Excellent pressure throughout from Ireland ... not often you see NZ pressured into basic errors.
Fantastic and well deserved win.

Pleasing win for England, who were undoubtedly the better team on the day. Particularly well done to Bevan Rodd who stepped up at the last minute and performed well. Both teams had their weeks preparations heavily disrupted, so unsurprisingly it wasn't a flowing game. But I'll take the win and move on Rog

Three great tries by England ... more creative than S.A. but bullied throughout. Lots of unnecessary 'rough stuff' going on (dropping on tackled players etc.) yet we were on the wrongside of the ref. way too much. Three tries to one is the real victory ... very enjoyable, exciting game . Freddie Steward and the front row lads were brilliant Rog

Oh dear.. And no prawn sarnies either ffs Itβs something you get used to, the last couple of years have been anomalies - tigers look back to their annoying best. Another defeat down the A45 too π

@twerp
One thing that has always struck me with venues like the Ricoh, The Madejski and even the ground formally known as the Allianz Stadium are difficult places to generate an atmosphere, too much space and too many empty seats.
If you get the chance go for an away day at Welford Road or Franklinβs Gardens - youβll absolutely love it! Prawn sandwich or no π€£ππ
