I've always advocated early retirement. That paper round I did when I was 15 was terribly arduous.

Some said good to see you back foxy, not me, you are still a prick. I'm surprised Gill allows you to use that kind of language.

Fascinating to read the claim and counter claim in this and the other similar thread. It appears no one has been persuaded one way or the other by any argument. It surprises me how much weight each appears to have invested into their chosen position, despite counter claims. Entertaining reading Rog

Entertaining reading Rog Yes debates such as this never results in a change of opinion. The participants have already decided where their allegiances lie. The only reason why I participate is because I don’t want conspiracy-theory-laden imagined scare mongering, which actually physically damages or kills people, go unchallenged. If it is unchallenged an impartial reader might think it was true.

Seems to me that there is no middle ground given. I accept that the initial 2 vaccines have been lifesaving in the main. Boosters and masks I’m not so sure. I’m sure that a lot of opinions here are age related. At least England’s leaders seem to have accepted that we must live with the virus now.

At least England’s leaders seem to have accepted that we must live with the virus now. I now firmly believe this is the only option. The vaccine does nothing other than occasionally help the recipient when infected. It can still be caught, carried and passed on. It’s just continuously going around in a vicious circle, mutating in the process and will probably at some point defeat all the vaccines. (I think that’s happening already, given the numbers tripled jabbed but still dying). Humanity/science should be looking to find the best way to vaccinate those that actually need it.

Basically what you are saying is "I am right and it is my moral obligation to point out why anyone who disagrees with me is wrong". Nothing I choose to do with my own body "physically damages or kills people". My body, my choice. So many of these "conspiracy theories" have turned out to be far more accurate than the official line, but you too have already decided where your allegiances lie.

That would be great, however for the time being it isn’t possible to know in advance who actually needs it.

Which is no. Although one might think that someone claiming to be moderately intelligent would be able to work that out for themselves and therefore not to need to ask the question. As usual you are struggling to understand what I wrote (in plain english). Which was not about your decision to make yourself more likely to be seriously affected or die from covid, rather it was to attempt to deny you the ability to persuade other undecided people to follow you over the cliff.

I don't persuade anybody to do anything. I state my position. I say my thing. That is what a forum is all about. It is for others to read my views and decide what weight to give to them. It is my right to do as I wish with my own body regardless of the disapproval of others and frankly I would have thought you would be the first person to agree with that.

Just asking, because of late you seem to ramble on a bit.
