Well Naughty Novax is in court now. Let’s hope he gets ignominiously thrown out of Australia like the twat he is, but not before they’ve given him the smacked bottom he deserves. This sort of remark is a common one from you, and goes a long way towards people avoiding you, (ref the guy at the gliding club). He probably wasn't that bothered about you being gay, he just didn’t like the dirty old mans innuendos. No I think it might have been when I asked if a shag was out of the question.

Oh well, think yourself lucky you didn’t get a smack in the mouth from him, and a fuck off out of my life from jeff.

I’ve no idea what you are talking about. He was an ornithological taxidermist and offered me a cormorant, but I asked if I could have a shag instead. Why would he want to give me a smack in the mouth?

The poor baby. Maybe he should have considered that his actions have consequences just like everyone else. Or maybe his mummy and daddy will come and rescue him? He received an invitation and was told that his post-Covid status was sufficient to allow him to enter Australia. Is it the vaccine that has caused this deterioration in the quality of your posting style or something else? It all depends on who told him him his excemption was enough or the evidence he needed was enough. Of it was the tennis association then well, he should have sought the correct advice from the government.

It's always interesting when someone goes for a technical defence z almost because they don't have anything else.
Most of what they are doing is going for procedural error and unreasonable.

Breaking news. He won his appeal on a technical point.
"The reason for this is the government acknowledged it didn’t give Djokovic enough time after notifying him of the intent to cancel his visa to speak to others and respond fully."
Says the guardian which gave full updates during the appeal.
The decision may yet be overturned by the immigration minister and his decision is not subject to natural justice rules.
I suspect he will remain in Australia to play.

And I was the only one to vote this in the poll!
Of course he will play.

I was the only one to vote THIS in the poll.
"This' being a shortening of "this outcome".
I should have written "for this".
I only voted once in the poll.

So it seems the judge was an anti-vaxxer and focussed on a technicality, not the actual issue. Lucky for Novax! I am still unclear what the exact rules are but IF a recent positive covid test is a valid “covid pass”, how very convenient that just a month before he was due to travel, he happened to get covid. Quite a big risk to take for a world champion. Or maybe he paid someone to fake a positive result. That wouldn’t be difficult in Serbia, I’m sure. That would explain why, after receiving an alleged positive test, he carried on mixing with people. Either way, he is a complete arse and I really hope he doesn’t win again.

[yawn] Another victory for those of us with some common sense. A lose for the vax junkies.

He might have been from Scotland
