You think Parry pays for his petrol? The trick is to be on the gravy train, and not on the track about to be horribly chopped up, dismembered and maimed for life by its wheels. Surely if that happened, you'd be chuffed to bits?

You think Parry pays for his petrol? I don't know. Perhaps he does, or perhaps he has a CRT 'gas station card'. It's all the same, it's coming out of the pockets of others. I think it's fairly well established now, that Boris and Carrie get others to pay for their wallpaper. The trick is to be on the gravy train, and not on the track about to be horribly chopped up, dismembered and maimed for life by its wheels. Unless taxation rules have changed, if his fuel is supplied by CRT then HMRC will charge him an amount as personal use.

Perhaps he can try the old boaters' trick of declaring 0% use for propulsion, and that he just uses the engine to heat water and keep warm.

The propulsion is simply a by-product of heating up the water.
