The windows look incredibly high quality to be fair.
It could easily have a gold plated Flavel cooker in there and solid pewter tankards.
And reclaimed battleship teak seating.
And dodo down duvets.
You would never know unless you saw inside it.

But he is selling it with a heavy heart. He'll only reluctantly accept his asking price, and regret parting with his beloved boat that isn't in any way an eyesore all the way to the nearest pub.

Utterly gorgeous converted lifeboat, wooden clinker construction but curiously the build year constructed is stated as 1990 so maybe it isn't totally rotten. Also the vendor wants extra money for the sailing rig. What a cheek! www.apolloduck.com/boat/finesse-24/619184

Now I see the other photos I realise which one it is. Seen it in Limehouse a few times with the ridiculous platform on the back. Ok.

It looks like a pod from 2001: A Space Odyssey. But it is quite roomy. However since the original boat likely cost about £5000 its impossible (I was going to say difficult) to understand where the extra value was conjured from. So its in line with everything else on the canal these days.

For £165k I'd be wanting it to say something slightly more inspiring than Condition: Fair !
Maybe albatros would be a better name.
ETA oops yes it does have the Dutch spelling looking more closely .

I only knew that because I saw another Dutch barge called ALBATROS in Brentford. A real nightmare very aptly named.
From the ancient mariner.
"God save thee ancient mariner From the fiends that plague thee thus. Why lookst though so? With my cross bow I shot the Albatross".
