I'm not getting involved in anything organised. Too late! I’m just pointing out that it’s not as much as a done deal as you seem to think and that there are lots of possible outcomes. Cart have taken the gamble and rolled the dice. But it isn’t inevitably going to work out how they want. That’s just the nature of the universe.

You mentioned devolution. It’s not just to do with Scotland, I thought you had an education? Not exactly an education. My own money was paid to a school which caused me to spend every single Sunday night for 6 years trying to stay awake as long as possible to make it longer before I had to return on Monday . Then joy of joys I was able to leave half way through my Oxford university trajectory "A-levels" So no, I am not educated and I do not intend to be.

I’m figuring you had enough of an education to be able to look up the meaning of devolution in a dictionary? Either an online or an old school version.

I can image what it might mean but I'm not that interested in revolution.

I'm slightly surprised that you would consider the obvious solution of franchising the management of local canals to marina owners was a good idea.

I don't think TonyDunkley is leadership material really. Possible issues with understanding others ?

You would be a bad leader as well to be honest.
Getting involved in personal shit is bad for being in charge.
Once you let personal shit get in you lose. Fast.
Maybe I should be the leader after all !

Maybe I should be the leader after all ! Yes you can be the leader, you need a fetching army uniform and some kind of catch phrase or gimmick, maybe a big cigar? Or an unruly hairdo seems to be de-rigire right now.

I just combed my hair with a fork. The one I ate my pasta and bacon with. Does that work? And have not cut hair for a couple of years and there is no grey in it. ETA plus a command of language it is "de riguer" and yes I can pronounce that in French too

I blame the spill chucker anyway. Enough of this, Ive got to go and turn the wheels of industry again. Ps if you going to be the leader you have to find a sand bank to run your boat aground on.
