Always liked the little Zeeschouws. Nice easy low cost construction. Some of the interiors are lovely. This one seems a bit bland but kitted out for sailing must be an advantage for someone who wants to sail. Your too tall for a zeeschouw. Yes definitely. I would not want to have one but I like them as Boats. In fact the same goes for all Dutch products. They produce some very nice articles but I prefer English Boats. This is a seafaring nation after all. Britannia rules the waves and all that.

They nicked our flagship from its mooring and ran off laughing. Also they ran the country for a fair while...and during the renaissance of the British navy... Mind you the VOC had a terrible reputation.

Not really my kind of thing. Not a head turner I will admit. Just uninteresting. If I’ve got to spend money and time maintaining something . It’s got to have something about it. This is why I didn’t end up with a narrowboat as I find them uninspiring and all pretty much of a muchness.

This is why I didn’t end up with a narrowboat as I find them uninspiring and all pretty much of a muchness. I get it but I've also, over the years, come to appreciate the sometimes advantages of having something entirely commonplace. Anyway that Colvic is cheap for the ask, would probably be cheaper still in the bargain, and if the reputation of the company lives up to the hype then the thing is probably quite solid. If somewhat mucky. I bet it looks worse in real life. Pictures of boats always look better than the reality.

Nice for sailing around the world.
Lots of GRP Boats about these days. The Thames weirs are littered with them and thats the visible ones.

Very wet winter.
The end of the world is nigh!
Repent, repent and wait for hose pipe bans.

The L&L will soon be shut, through lack of water.

The L&L will soon be shut, through lack of water. So you keep saying. If it was closed for 50% of the time would you consider it half shut or half open? Asking for a Cod Psychologist friend.
