Nick seemed quite pleasant when I met him but he does seem to have morphed into the stereotypical bitter old queen. He seem bitter about life. You’d think all his privilege would make him happy. But apparently not, similar to dunkley in some ways. If you disagree with his opinion your a homophobe. But it’s okay for him to make fun of my dyslexia which is a protected characteristic?

But the difference is one is born gay, whereas one gets the dyslexic tag just because one was lazy at school and didn’t pay attention.

Anyway, all this childish trading of insults is jolly exciting, but we are off back into Cambridge where I feel quite at home. Museum of computing I think, followed by Barbie.

I’m not sure what the catch word is for being discriminative against neurally divergent people, but your being it.

Yes, I screenshotted this yesterday and as I type the figure has increased to 1,046. The forum is without doubt a far more pleasant place since Lucy Barry had his posting privileges removed. It all went a bit downhill after that post 🤣 Rog

I was lazy at school and didn't pay attention.
All the school reports said 'could do better' despite the fact I had top marks in virtually everything.

But the difference is one is born gay, whereas one gets the dyslexic tag just because one was lazy at school and didn’t pay attention. Lexism (the Othering of dyslexics) currently lacks a clear definition. Under the Equality Act 2010, dyslexia and all other disabilities are protected characteristics. This means that people with these characteristics are protected from discrimination. Dyslexia is a lifelong condition that has a significant impact on how a person carries out day-to-day activities, which is why it is listed as a disability under the Equality Act 2010. So nick likes making fun of someone’s disability, very pleasant.

Reckon P would disagree with that,he has a mild form of dyslexia...& a masters degree. He still does OU courses for fun & amusement.
