Since becoming one of los desaparacidos of CWF, my morning ritual has been much the same. As I wander from my bunk to the galley, I press the "wake up" button on the laptop as I pass. In the galley it's switch on the kettle and put a mug with a tea bag next to it, a slice of bread in the toaster and then wander back to the laptop. Quick glance to see if there are any emails (normally not) feeling like Billy No Mates, now open up Thunderboat. Back in April/May it would be a quick glance to see who had posted, then back to the galley to make the tea. Take the cup back to laptop and read/answer/comment on the mornings posts, finish tea and toast and off to do some job or another. This morning there was a full page of "recently updated" all added after I went to bed last night, many of the threads with several pages added since then. During this morning's reading I have got through three cups of tea. Cleaned the laptop screen after spraying it with tea after spotting a classic malapropism. I just checked the time ........ I got up an hour and threequarters ago !!! It is becoming obvious that I have a severe problem, If Thunderboat continues to grow more and more active, I'm going to end up sat here all day !!! I'll have to start selecting which bits I read ........ but it's all so damned interesting .............

I missed most if the posting this weekend, spent the weekend on the boat with our friends from Cricklade. It was our club's Halloween party and laying up supper. TB certainly has grown in the last couple of weeks. Cheers Dan for your sterling efforts

It's a success for free speech and two fingers up to control freaks.

Sadly at present we don't have either the funds to purchase one nor the time to enjoy it. I'm ashamed to admit that the last year of our ownership of WotEver the longest trip it took was to the brokers.

My turn to get up first with the sprogs at 7am, one of those stupid no school 'inset' day things!......like youve just had a week off, why another day? Anyroad, turn on the PC as i pass, go outside and release and feed the chickens, get some kindling from the locker, feed the cats, clean out last nights fire and remake and light a new one. Feed the kids toast and porridge, have a cough and a drag then finally sit in front of the PC with toast and marmite and a brew.....time 8.30am
