The warm up games have started with Scotland beating Italy, and more games this weekend.
Only four weeks or so to the start of the competition in earnest.
I saw the second half of Argentina losing to South Africa by one point, and the Pumas looked spectacularly physical, battering South Africa and pinning them in their own half ... not something seen too often.
But for conceding a break away try the Pumas should have won .
This is a worry as England meet them first game up.
I want England to do well ... I hope they'll do well ... but it's a concern.

Glad they've picked an experimental side for Saturday.
It'll be good to see some of these young players perform.
I'm sure the coaching team know their RWC squad of 23 but the extras are the real decision.

Scotland looked good second half (and a man short) to deservedly beat France, albeit not France's A team.
They certainly looked fitter, hungrier, and more determined to win.
England looked all at sea ... no cohesion and no obvious plan ... really disappointed. Wales won easily but it was a pretty dull game.
Well done Wales.

They could bring all the national teams together every four years to compete for the title ... last team standing wins. Oh hang on Rog

No Henry Slade is a surprise to me.
Dombrandt just hasn't shown up in an England shirt in my view.

Wales putting out an entirely new starting 15 on Saturday.
Our team announced later but has to be a very different fifteen too as Borthwick's now chosen his squad of 33.
Hoping for a better game whatever the result, and a much improved performance.

England team to face Wales: Steward; Arundell, Marchant, Lawrence, Daly; Farrell (capt), Van Poortvliet; Marler, George, Stuart, Itoje, Martin, Lawes, Earl, B Vunipola.
Replacements: Dan, Genge, Cole, Hill, Willis, Youngs, Ford, Malins
Seems odd that Jonny Hills is on the bench, but not selected for RWC
