This is rather presumptuous if I may say so. Possibly not entirely accurate. I suspect it is more likely to be a nig nog than a wog. It could be a Paki, lots of these scams originate in India nowadays. This seems all a bit pre 1947.

That seems odd. I wonder if they are just monitoring the account for activity and you have been selected for a large payout.
Its like with the premium bonds. When one gets the top prize they don't just pay you they have to find you first. If you put yourself in a position where you are awkward to locate they use things like email and phone and if it doesn't work the money goes back into the system.
I lost a lot of potential money last time I won a million on the premium bonds. It was a bit annoying.
If you owe them money, which appears to be the case then it could be more dangerous and probably a good thing to not have a red motorcycle.
