Interesting, because if they are actually good for 30,000 cycles. Then in fact they are a battery for life.

Yes. Another thing which is interesting is that GWL are suggesting they don't need balancing circuits.
Mine have no electronics. I have actually discharged one way down below the recommended 10v limit and it doesn't seem to have had any effect. Maybe it will shorten the life.
I think they are really interesting.
I was given a good deal. £80 each for 40ah/15v/600wh modules. I see someone has one on fleabay for £350 at the moment. Thats too much. They are unused. They don't self discharge at all.
I did get a few but probably should have got lots at that price. He had a few hundred...
Electric bus modules which were never fitted.
Because of the voltage they also make terrifically good starter batteries.
Calendar age 30 yars according to GWL.
The operating voltage range is exactly right for an inverter. Cutout around 11v and top voltage around 15.8v.

I’m happy with my Lifepo4 at the moment. They should last a while longer yet, so not looking for any more. But these are definitely interesting.
